What approaches and strategies will assist with the mentoring and supporting of student teachers?
This 3-hr session will address some of the challenges faced by Associate teachers and students, and strategies and approaches that will enhance the experience for both. It will also look at some key adult learning concepts and theories about how adults learn, and how this knowledge translates to mentoring practice.
